Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your boots. If the fit isn't perfect, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and zip code to start the process.

• 2.
  Prepare Package

  Place the unworn boots back in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and accessories are included.

• 3.
  Print & Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Hand your package to the designated carrier. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
